Q: Should I remove prescription labels on the boxes?
Q: Is it okay to sell my diabetic test strips?
A: No. We will remove prescription labels in a way that does not damage the boxes, and destroy the label to protect your privacy. Feel free to use a magic marker to mark through identifying information if you’d like, but do not attempt to remove the label yourself as damage caused to the box by improper removal may disqualify your sale of diabetic product to us.
Q: Do you buy expired test strips?
A: No, we do not. The diabetic test strips we purchase from you must have an expiration date that is at least four (4) months ahead of the date we receive them, for most diabetic test strips (does not apply to all brands). The boxes must also be factory sealed and in excellent condition.
A: Yes, selling over the counter diabetic test strips is perfectly okay to sell. But, under no circumstances do we buy stolen diabetic supplies or any other prescribed product that violate state or federal law. Also, we will fully cooperate with law enforcement if anyone sells or trys to sell us illegally obtained or illegal products.
Q: Do you buy other diabetic supplies?
A: Yes, we also purchase Dexcom sensors and transmitters, some insulins, Omnipods and certain Medtronic brands. Please let is know what you have, and we will let you know if we buy it and for how much.
